During each Spring semester, the Senate Faculty Standards Committee hosts in partnership with the Provost's Office two distinct forums on faculty promotion, tenure, and reappointment. The purpose of these forums is to ensure that all faculty are aware of PTR and PR procedures and expectations at the university and have the opportunity to have their questions answered by the administration.
The Spring 2025 Forums will be hosted on Friday, April 11, 2025, and are currently open to registration on the University Senate Event Calendar

Copies of the PowerPoint slides presented during the PTR Forum are available from the Promotions, Tenure, and Reappointment folder in the Academic Affairs section of the Academic Affairs Governance Documents Library. This online library, as well as the Provost's Office web page on Promotion, Tenure & Reappointment are both helpful resources for additional information regarding the PTR/PR processes.
