During a regular meeting of the University Senate on Monday, December 1, 2025, the University Senate passed a resolution to update language in various sections of Article II of the By-Laws, Rules & Regulations of the University Senate so that all language referencing “academic notice” and dismissal procedures matches the new language in Article II.E.13 passed by the Senate on April 1, 2024.
